RONIN PARAKRAM
A collaboration between TVS Motor Company & EIMOR CUSTOMS. On the occasion of 25th Kargil Vijay Diwas we pay tribute to our Bravehearts. JAI HIND. We modified the rear section by trimming the subframe and making a luggage carrier made of stainless steel at the back. The indicators of the bike have been machined in brass and are inspired by a bullet. The bar ends are inspired from a revolver cylinder and have been machined. The bullets it the bar end were separately machined and inserted carefully. We have added a compass to further enhance the 'go-anywhere' look. There is a yellow halogen fog lamp on the right side to aid night driving and also to give it a retro feel. The left side cover has and a circular lamp added, with 99 written on it. It lights up in gentle yellow hue. The exhaust cover has been redesigned to mimic a gun barrel. The seat and handle grips are covered in suede leather. The paint job is unique as the top of the tank has been painted as an armour made of steel, with the logo of Kargil Diwas on the top. The knee recesses are painted in olive green with images of Kargil war embedded in it. The side cover also has images of war embedded. The tank also carries the tri-color on the side which flows to the headlamp unit as well. The side of the tank mentions Ronin Parakram.
OLIVIA
This is an 1984 Royal Enfield Standard 350.
SALAAR
This bike was commissioned by Hombale films for Salaar. The challenge was the the steep timeline. We had to literally stop all our ongoing projects and allign ourselves to deliver the bike so as not to impact the shoot schedule. And it was being ridden by none other than superstar Prabhas. Here we are today, extremely honored and humbled to share this work with you.

NAVAN

The wheels have been resized and fitted with thicker block tyres. This gives the bike a rugged stance. We have replaced the sleeker stock tank with a new generation thunderbird tank. Light grey is chosen as the base color and the details coming in dark maroon, dark blue and black. Every information put on the bike has some relevance and importance to our client.
TRIBUTE TO LEH
After having spent more than two decades as a fighter pilot, our client wanted to make his bike into a memorabilia of the years he spent in air force. This is a cast iron Electra with a 5 speed gear box. Our client wanted his bike to look like an old school single seater motorcycle. New tyres, new fenders, new seat, vintage style headlight with Smiths meter, new taillight and indicator form essential part of this makeover. What you can't miss is the beautiful paintjob which highlights his flying years. each other this logos have been recreated with precision and one can't miss the line drawing of Cheetah, the helicopter which holds a special place in his heart. We call this project "TRIBUTE TO LEH".
ANANT
This is an old cast iron engine Royal Enfield Bullet 350. Our client who is an army officer wanted, to give his bike a few personalized touches. From a complete restoration to some additional enhancements like disc brakes, better shock absorbers, new fenders and of course a whole new paint job, this bike is an absolute pleasure to ride.
STAN
Cafe Racers are here to stay and certainly for a very long time. Continental GT 650 is already a beautiful bike, quite true to its form of an urban cafe racer. Our client wanted to give it a few personalized touches, without compromising on stability and safe and of course without disturbing the structural integrity. He wanted this bike to be a single rider cafe racer, with balloon tyres and a bare and naked look and feel. The seat was shortened with a custom fabricated seat cowl. It also gets a custom fabricated side cover from a design referred by the client. The paint was decided to be a brushed aluminum tone with a matte finish. With brushed metal SS exhausts and tan brown seat. And here before you stands this bike today which our client affectionately calls STAN!
LAILA
Laila - A motorcycle which combines the best of both motorcycles - Himalayan and Interceptor
The concept of this motorcycle was simple, to make an all-terrain motorcycle using the refined and powerful engine of Interceptor 650. The engine delivers apt power (not too much, not less even), and the motorcycle is not very heavy as well. So the idea was to shed some more weight from the bike, increase the ground clearance, use good suspension, use good off road tyres and make it an all-purpose very practical motorcycle.
REBORN
This 1971 cast iron Bullet Standard 350 came all the way from Vishakhapatnam. The plan was to give this bike a complete mechanical restoration with elements of a modern day Royal Enfield. The engine was completely overhauled. The rear mudguard was changed to a new age classic mudguard. Alloy wheels and disc brake has been installed in. The bike gets a comfortable new seat and also a LED Headlight. What one can't miss in this bike is a extremely detailed hand engraving by Master Engraver Prince. Detailed ornamental filigree patterns can be seen on the timing cover, the clutch cover, gear box, the rocker covers, the gear lever, the kick rod and neutral lever. The foot pegs and bar ends have been machined out of solid aluminum and brass. Another piece of attraction is the Brass B with wings. B is the first letter our client's name and he wanted it in the similar to the Flying B of Bentley. It has been made out a single plate of brass. It was hand cut, then laser etched and then the wing was hand cut again and sliced apart. Last but not the least comes our signature Eimor Customs paintjob in antique gold. This entire project was like a rebirth and so the name.
REGALE
"Break The Form" was the idea behind this build. Interceptor is purely a scrambler. The idea was to made it into an old school single seater bobber. It gets new Tyres, new Stainless Steel exhausts, new custom fenders. The seat frame had been chopped off and the rear shock absorbers have been re-positioned. The air filter and battery had to be shifted. We made old school tool boxes in lines of ammo boxes. The tail light and the rear number plate, single pod instrument pod, and minimal use of brass has been intelligently thought of. The paint job and the choice of upholstery makes it an absolute beauty to look at. We call him "REGALE".
AYLA
Custom built Single seater bobber on Royal Enfield Classic/Thunderbird
This is a single seater bobber, with Upper Side Down forks, and adjustable single seater.
The wheels are 19 inches front and 15 inches rear with button tyres. Duck billed Mudguards can be see adorning the tyres.
The bike has been stretched by 4 inches to make it look better aesthetically. The front Headlight is 5.5 inch LED with mono pod digital speedometer console. It get an exquisite Eimor Customs paint job.
We affectionately call it AYLA.
BLACK MAGIC
The base bike for this build is a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 cc. The Wheels on this bike are 19 inch front and 15 inch rear with 110mm and 130mm tyres respectively. The Front mudguard and the rear mudguards have been kept hard edged with beautiful flow. The rear mudguard fitment is made in a way that the brackets would not be visible from outside, hence ensuring a clean look on the body. The side covers have also been given embossing effect. The tank has been mad keeping in mind the lines of two mudguards. Seating is very comfortable and detaches the same way as the rider seat of New Thunderbird. The rear seating is a combination of a Luggage rack and seat and both can be dismantled to reveal a nice clean looking rear mudguard with just the rider sear. The Tail lamps and indicators are metal casted selected pieces to go with the design. The Headlamp is an all LED white light headlamp. The handle bars is an almost straight bar with Aluminum Handle bar risers. The posture on this bike is just like sitting on a chair. The low slung seat and the easy to approach handlebars just makes the ride more comfortable and handling easier. Now wonder it does black magic on whosoever sees it. Black Magic ~ The name says it all!
INSIGNIA
"Insignia" - term used for an earned badge of honour, and this bike exactly defines that. A Royal Enfield classic 350 turned into a tasteful classy bobber which doesn't just look gorgeous, but also rides like a sports bike. This bike is a single seater with genuine leather spring seats. Super handling, great posture and amazing reflex response. Thanks to the KTM inverted front forks, the front motorcycle suspension adds a lot of comfort and good handling. The chopped mudguards with profile cut brackets and the round cylindrical battery cover makes the bike look spectacular. The complete bike is kept stealth and hence the matte black look. The Front tyres are 120mm 17 inch and rear tyres are 140mm 15 inch, which are mounted on spoke wheels. This reduces the ground clearance by 1 inch but still it has enough clearance to clear all bumpy roads and biggest of the hurdles. The exhaust is a Moto Torque megaphone exhaust and the tank bears the Insignia of Royal Enfield.
DCPTR
This is one of the amazing projects we have which done in 2020. Built on the platform of an Interceptor 650. The idea was to make it stealthier and sleeker. Sleeker Headlight, Turn Signals and Tail Light gives it an edgy look. Even the exhausts have an edgy cross section. We have used a single digital meter in an offset arrangement. the wheel sizes have been kept stock but are now adorned with ribbed bobber tyres. The seat frame has been shortened and the new upholstery and the all new seat cowl gives it a mean look. The paint job is all mostly black with silver highlights. The tank bears laser cut aluminum decals which also happens to be the personal insignia of our client. Affectionately we have names DCPTR.
FERNWEH
This motorcycle that you see has been built on a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500cc. The motorcycle has been built keeping in mind a sporty look, much like the legendary Harley sportster series into picture. The motorcycle flaunts a peanut gas tank, with sleek yet functional front and rear mudguards, a 5 inch headlight and comfy foot rests. The rear sissy bar is a must for that sporty chopper feel to the bike. It also provides a comfortable ride for the pillion. The wheels are 19 inch at the front and 18 inch on the rear with Timsun tyres. Timsun has been making some amazing tyres these days and they provide variety of tyres for Indian market these days. The Himalayan front fairing, is an embellishment which was much needed. However, the icing on cake is the Wine Red metal flake work, which must be seen in person to see the quality and finish. The overall bike is kept blacked out so that the metal flakes get the attention which they deserve. We call this FERNWEH, which means “farsickness” or a “longing for far-off places,” especially those you've not yet visited.
ENVY
This Royal Enfield Classic 350 came from Warangal, Telangana. Café Racers have their own charm and elegance, at the same time have their aesthetic restrictions and limitations. Our client wanted this bike to have an old school traditional café racer look, with a flatbed seat, bigger tank, big block tyres, and smaller headlight. We have maintained the 19 and 18 wheel configuration. The mudguard arrangement has been changed unlike the Classic. There are front fork gators. The headlight is a yellow glass smaller one. The taillight and indicators are changed. As the headlight casing has been removed we have made an arrangement for speedometer and ammeter. We have used Natural Rubber handle grips. Black mirrors and a crash guard has also been fitted (which were put after the photoshoot). The tank is a customized café racer tank with a push cap. The air filter arrangement looks different from outside but technically is has not been disturbed, keeping in mind the long term maintenance point of view. We have used a Megaphone exhaust with heat wrap on the bent pipe. The seat is a flatbed café racer type seat. And the seat frame is made out of a single piece of pipe which gives the seat strength and stability. At the bottom of the seat one will notice a perforated metal sheet. That fills the gap and brings a continuity. What catches your eye is the color combination. It is a very unusual color combination, especially going for a matching green seat cover was an audacious and outrageous decision!!
This is surely going to the owners pride and envy of many and Green is the color of Envy.
GRAPHITE
This beautiful bike was specially made for a family from Vizag. This bike has seen many years and many miles. Coming from the coastal region rusting was inevitable. Which makes it look older than it actually is. But we have completely revived the bike and gave it a new lease of life. The inspiration for the design was our old school bicycles (Atlas Goldline, anyone remember?) with a carrier on the rear fender and twisted beams on the side. Similar pattern can be seen on the brake rod as well. It gets a dark slate color and ultra- gloss finish.
JASPER
This is a 2014 Royal Enfield Electra 350 cc. Our client wanted a complete makeover with great look and awesome riding comfort. The motorcycle was completely stripped off from all the body parts, and all the parts have been hand made as per design. The broad Triple tree assembly and Thunderbird's headlamp give it the aggressive look it deserves. The Rear wheel has an arrangement for disk brakes, for which the entire swing arm assembly was replaced by a Thunderbird type arrangement. This is the 1st bike where we have tried using hand engraving on the clutch cover and head covers. The Seating is comfortable and the posture is ergonomic for city rides and long rides as well. The paint job is subtly done in Maroon Candy on top of textured silver base with Golden lettering. The double exhaust just adds the final flare! Jasper is a stone which has exactly the same texture as that of the paint job we have executed, and hence the name of this bike is kept that way! Enjoy!
ARSENAL
Royal Enfields have always been any boy's favourite toy. Probably the most modified bike in the world. It is perhaps the favourite bike amongst customizers, at least in the subcontinent. This Classic 500 We call this bike Arsenal. Brute and aggressive in its true sense. With dual yellow and white headlights, grills, custom fenders, chunky tyres, customized seat and a superb paint job, this beast is simply irresistible.
THAKUR
This bike mod is an example of how you can keep the essence of Royal Enfield's legacy, yet make it look completely different. We have not at all changed the character of the bike. It is intact. What we have changed is its attitude. With Tastefully selected alloys and tyres to the custom tail light to unique paint job with excellent quality, This bike has been a great fun to work on. The best part is, this build took only 3 weeks to complete, which has been a record time for us too
REVELLER
Bobber - one of the most coveted style of bike for any bike lover. Single seat, 'bobbed off' rear fender, front fender removed, stripping off excess body weight, are the perfect characteristics of a rule book bobber. However we have tried to incorporate the requirements of the client and come out with something which suits our riding conditions. Following the success of our previous work Insignia, many wanted to know if a similar look can't be achieved with a double seat. Fat tyres both front and back, Wider front fork, twin seat with a removable backrest, smaller yellow glass tinted headlight, single pod digital speedometer, cutomised tank, cylindrical tool box, K&N air filter, elegant taillight and turn signals, megaphone exhaust and last but not the least the signature Eimor Customs paintjob in Silver Leaf, as the icing of the cake! We call him "Reveller", which means a wild, loud and free soul who likes to celebrate in a lively and noisy way.
Harpē
Working on this bike was no less than resurrecting the phoenix. Lying almost unused for over an year, this bike needed a makeover, a whole new reason to fall in love all over again with. Our client wanted his 2013 Thunderbird to be done as a scrambler. To something mean and sleek. We tried playing by the rule book, and we didn't do anything different or new, rather we did the same thing differently. Resized tyres, new head light and tail-light, new turn signals, yellow rugged auxiliary lights, aesthetically made front and rear fenders and intelligent fitting arrangements, the single pipe seat frame, the protruding air filter, the beautifully crafted tool boxes are key highlights of this build. The stock meter console has been replaced with analog Speedometer and fuel gauge. A beautifully crafted tank will catch your attention. heat wrap on the exhaust bent pipe and a black megaphone give more authenticity to the look. The color scheme is black and copper. We have used brown leatherette for seat and have used old school diamond patterns. The same material can be seen on the handle grips and the air filter hose. With real copper leaf donning the fuel tank, with most of the other parts of the bike coming in wither glossy and matte black, and with minimal highlights of matte metallic copper here and there, this bike an absolute feast to the eyes. We call this project 'Harpē' which is a kind of sword or sickle, whose references can be frequently seen in Greek and Roman mythology.
CONCORD
This is a 2014 Classic 350. This work is a collective vision of our client and the entire team at Eimor Customs. We haven't done any thing new, but the same old thing newly in a different way. With our signature touch and styling and selective and well thought of choices. This bobber is true to its form with ribbed bobber tires, short fenders, single spring seat and peanut tank. The headlight assembly, the instrument console and the extended foot levers are something one can't miss. The color the finish and the detailing accentuates the overall look. We call him CONCORD, which symbolizes calmness and peace.
MASTANI
Not All Standard vehicles are actually Standard! What we mean is that based on person's height and riding choices, the motorcycles need certain changes, so that one feels comfortable and confident to ride that motorcycle. Would you believe that this motorcycle is originally a Royal Enfield 500 Standard Bullet? Yes it is! However, our rider friend was somewhat uncomfortable in using the bike because of its seating height and bulkier handling. We chalked out the pain areas and made changes which would not only make riding more enjoyable, but make it more beautiful and proportionate to body type. She had always dreamt of owning a Royal Enfield since childhood and this was her dream come true. Presenting Mastani - Small peanut tank, reduced seating height, comfortable seating, super handling, rear disk brakes, beautiful yet high performing fish tail exhaust, mudguards tastefully crafted with ribbed center, and what not. This bike is a blend of Street Rider and cruising capabilities. More importantly, the bike doesn't look out of proportion as compared to the rider.
FALCON
This is a Desert Storm 500. Witness to thousands of miles, this bike needed a makeover. Custom made tank and fenders, broader tyres, custom dashboard for instruments, single spring seat, side number plates, crystal effect paintjob, and selective use of chrome and black makes this bike an unique combination of aggressive combined with elegance. We can this bobber "Falcon".
PARANTAPA
This is 2011 Royal Enfield Electra came to us from Assam. Our client wanted to give his bike a minimal yet aesthetically sound makeover. The theme is "Bombay Engineer Group" or "The Bombay Sappers" a battalion which has huge historical importance since 1780. The list of battle honors is long; this battalion has also received all the three highest gallantry awards ~ Pre-Independence [Victoria Cross] & Post-Independence [Param Vir Chakra (highest military decoration awarded for valour during wartime) & Ashok Chakra (highest peacetime military decoration awarded for valour)]. We have focused on making the bike peppier and sporty. The wheels are sleeker with a 19" and 15" combination. That existing tank was customised with thigh pads matching the seat upholstery, and the tank cap shifted to one side, is made of brass and bears the signature of the client himself. The handlebar end weights are also made of brass and bear the company branding. The headlight, the taillight and indicators have been changed to LED. The paint job is simple yet interesting. The tank and the two mudguards are having olive green camouflage with a rugged and worn out texture. The logos and insignias and shlokas from Bhagwat Gita (Chapter 2 Verse 37) is done with golden and fluorescent green luminescent paint. The rest of the bike is painted in matte black. The seat is made in brown to complement the look. The handle grips are decorated with leather strips. We have named the bike Parantapa. It is one of the twelve names of Arjuna, which means one who destroys the enemy with his power of concentration. And this is our tribute to one of the oldest battalions of the Indian Army.
BOMBER
Much waited interceptor from our stable. Subtle changes and keeping in the integrity intact was the vision behind this build. A bluish dark silver and black gives it a beautiful two tone skin. New exhausts, LED headlight and dome, chopped of fender, and a beautiful seat gives this beat a all new personality. We call it BOMBER.
MW 500
With several reference photos of international builds, shared by our client, from the word go, we knew he wanted a modern, cutting edge design for his cruiser. Keeping the European designs and marrying it to the practical aspects of Indian road conditions, this bike was conceptualized. The bike was a 5 year old beaten down RE desert storm 500 cc, and the starting point was to fix the bike mechanically. Re-boring had to be done on the engine, the gearbox had to be rebuilt and entire fuel lines fixed to get this one roaring again. Only once, the engine was back to original glory, did the transformation begin. The client was with us at every step of the way, with hours being put into every single aspect of the fabrication. Digital instrument cluster was incorporated, keeping modern and cutting edge design in mind. We resized the wheels to 18" front and 15" rear and used bobber tyres. All the lights are LEDs. The foot pegs were pushed forward to get the cruiser position perfect and a corresponding handlebar was chosen to ensure a comfortable handling and riding position. The foot pegs were machined and has a knurled finish to them. Last but the not least, the bike gets the signature EIMOR paint job and finish. This is a true example of form meeting function. We call it MW 500.
DEMONT
This is originally a 2010 Classic 500. Our client wanted to give this bike a makeover of a single seater bobber. Though he mostly rides his Triumph Tiger these days, but didn’t want to let go of this because there are thousands of miles and memories associated. We must admit our client has been very clear and confident about his requirements from Day 1. Inverted Shocks, Smaller LED DRL Headlight, a bigger tank with indentations on the sides, Single Leather Seat, Smaller Rounded Fenders, New Taillight and Indicators, megaphone exhaust can be noticed in this build. The toolboxes have not been disturbed because the air filter is housed within. The paint was decided to be a blend of Royal Blue and Prussian Blue and finish should be Glossy, with minimal chrome and majorly black finish. Off white highlights can be seen on the two toolboxes and also the in the color of the logos. The riding feel, the structural integrity, the balance and the comfort have not been compromised. The engine and the electrical were serviced, post which the motorcycle felt like just fresh out oven. While thinking of a name we remembered the gleaming big smile on our client’s face. We call him "Demont"; which means A strong and powerful person who has a talent for getting love from us all who loves with a fierce passion a willful and highly intelligent man anyone would be blessed to know.
AFRA
This is one of the first Interceptors we have released from our shed. The motorcycle gets sportier with gold anodized USD forks. Resized wheels and Pirelli Scorpion Rally Tyres. New Headlights, Taillight and Turn Signals. Shorter Seat and Stainless Steel Custom made exhausts and single digital speedometer. Not to forget hell lot of fabrication. Of course it gets our signature Eimor Customs paint job. We fondly call this work "AFRA" which in Arabic means whitish red.
